3 weeks agoWhen you go make sure you are ready to spend $4.50 for a single regular taco plus tax and breakfast tacos will run you $3.50 plus tax a single Taco , so a total of 4 tacos will cost you $17. 👀Every time I go it gets more expensive these prices are becoming ridiculous to be honest with you !! I will have to look for a alternative place to go if this keeps up!

a month agoAmazing food. Fajita tacos you are fresh. Very tasty and good size portion. And we also had the watermelon fresca. It was very good just like fresh watermelon. You really need to stop here and eat.

2 months agoGreat taco truck overall with a large and authentic menu of Mexican food. Plenty of options to choose from and everything is cooked fresh to order. The quality is definitely there and you can taste it in the food. Staff is friendly and keeps things moving at a good pace. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but it makes sense for the quality you’re getting. Solid spot if you’re craving real Mexican food. Also, covered outdoor seating as well and they’re open late nights.

4 months agoWe recently used Taquitos el Tapatio for catering at our College and it was the easiest production we ever had! The team is fast, efficient and prepared. They brought all of their own equipment, and all of the food was hot throughout service. They set up and reset, leaving the room as if they had never been there. We didn't even have to worry about leftovers or trash! A wonderful team! Food was so delicious we sold out! Students loved the variety. We are already recommending them to other areas of the college and other community members! Thanks Manuel!

a year agoWow delicious tacos. I got the breakfast tacos, but I think the rest of the food is just as good. Went here because my brother’s ranch is near by. Nice hidden spot. Not too expensive like tacos spots in Austin.

Edited a week ago*UPDATED review * Been coming here for years! And the consistency of this place is amazing. The team here has it on lock, they always deliver exceptional customer service and it is never short of amazing. They greet you and once your sat, your drinks/ sauces and taco toppings come out right away. The food is always hot and delicious, they place the big sauce bottles on the tables they’re not skimping on it. The tacos and toppings are pretty traditional. Their aguas Frescas are all super tasty and refreshing; i usually toggle between the Jamaica and Horchata. As the business has grown I have seen them update and renovate their space time and time again. It is super elevated and you can tell they invest back in the business to keep improving their product. Support local businesses! This is my go-to taco spot in Elgin! Late hours great service, delicious tacos! What’s not to love. And their fresh waters are delicious!! Check this place out!

3 years agoDang!!! We’ve lived here in Elgin for three years now and are so upset we’ve only recently started coming here. The food is amazing, the servers are kind and the price is great! I usually get an asada Gordita, my husband always gets tacos…why is it so hard to find a place that just does cilantro and onion? He loves the Barbacoa, and carnitas. I can’t wait to take friends and family here when they visit.
